MAITLAND, Fla, October 9, 2009 - TitleSoft®, Inc., a leading-edge software development corporation, is pleased to announce its workhorse INTELLAclose™ for Windows® Title and Closing Platform has been enhanced over this past year to satisfy or exceed all provisions of the January 1, 2010 Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).

The new INTELLAclose Version 6 platform that includes RESPA enhancements and premium Customer Fee Engine is being delivered in the forth quarter of 2009.
