INTELLAclose workflow begins with an intuitive and true one-time data entry screen (Fig. 1), which populates all associated and required system processing fields. Our pioneering approach to system accounting ensures once key HUD/Settlement Statement information is entered, sensitive escrow/trust accounting is automatically and intelligently being managed behind the scenes from our "Intelligent HUD". Specifically, INTELLAclose provides the means to precisely identify where funds need to be collected and/or disbursed to ensure file accounting is zero balanced, a highly advanced system capability. Further, detailed accounting reports assist in identifying any errors or omissions by the corresponding HUD line number. Accounting superiority is one of the most powerful aspects of the INTELLAclose application and is essential to the quest to maximize workflow integrity.
