TitleSoft’s INTELLAwan™ solution marks an industry first by providing an EXCLUSIVE lower overhead alternative to remote application hosting. INTELLAwan provides enterprise-level system software ("Middleware") for robust and reliable TCP/IP-based wide area network (WAN), or Internet-based application data communications, seamlessly from within TitleSoft’s closing platform. INTELLAwan is an integral component of TitleSoft’s closing platform. As an integrated premium licensing option, INTELLAwan facilitates Enterprise workflow unlike alternative closing systems, which require high overhead, complex-to-administer, third-party technologies (Citrix™ or Terminal Services™) for WAN-based remote application hosting. Also significant, INTELLAwan requires only 56 kbps of commercial WAN/Internet connectivity (e.g. DSL, VPN, ISP, etc.) to facilitate centralized workflow and file management and a single main file server configuration, regardless of the number of remote office locations and users in the Enterprise. A feat that remote application hosting simply cannot perform no matter the investment in hardware and infrastructure! INTELLAwan data communications are very unique compared to traditional third-party Web hosting technology utilized for WAN application communications. Of most significance, communication between physical production locations is only required for selective updating of master database records/files. Therefore, satellite locations are completely self-sufficient to perform mission-critical processing once a new file is established in the INTELLAclose system. Should WAN/Internet connectivity be interrupted for any reason, remote system users are able to process normally, as sophisticated system logging services take over. Lastly and of significance, once WAN connectivity is restored, central database records are transparently updated for processing that was underway, ensuring company-wide file integrity.
