TitleSoft software applications, including but not limited to INTELLAclose™ for Windows, INTELLAstore™ for Windows, INTELLAservices™ and INTELLAwan™ are licensed based upon the number of production locations and concurrent system users required by customer (Licensee).
Additionally, TitleSoft’s software applications are marketed nationally in the following 4 product configurations, based upon the licensee’s operational business requirements:
Option 1: INTELLAclose Suite – INTELLAclose
Option 2: INTELLAclose Professional Suite – INTELLAclose and INTELLAservices
Option 3: INTELLAclose Platinum Enterprise Suite – INTELLAclose and INTELLAwan
Option 4: INTELLAclose Titanium Enterprise Suite – INTELLAclose, INTELLAservices,
and INTELLAwan
Notes on Platform Licensing:
- Customer may upgrade/migrate software licensing from a lesser licensing option to another when customer’s software maintenance agreement is current and by paying the difference in price, e.g. Migrate from Option 1 to 2, or Option 3 to 4.
- Customer must fax/provide TitleSoft a Software Registration Form to obtain unlock security codes for each production location licensed once software is installed and thereafter whenever new computer hardware is added to the local area network (LAN).
- Software licensing is perpetual (never expires) once unlock security codes are provided by TitleSoft.
- Licensed software product updates are automatically provided to customer when their software support agreement (SSA) is current and active.
